Telesales Executive

In the Telesales Executive, you’ll be:


  • Engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, introducing and promoting products and services and scheduling appointments for the sales representatives / sales team
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment to sale
  • Identifying customer needs and providing a clear understanding of how solutions can meet their requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
  • Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly appointment-setting / KPI targets

To be successful in the Telesales Executive job, you will need:


  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting 
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple conversations and schedules
  • Strong communication and service skills both verbal and written
  • A team orientated approach, whilst being driven, self-motivated and outgoing with a vibrant personality
  • IT skills including CRM systems, Microsoft packages and some social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly, and handle objections professionally and persistently
