Retail Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Retail Manager to join a prestigious brand within the luxury/jewellery market.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

As the Retail Manager, you will be:

• Leading and inspiring a team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Maintaining and enhancing the brand’s reputation through excellent store presentation and management.
• Driving operational excellence, ensuring stock management, visual merchandising, and store compliance are on point.
• Building strong client relationships and oversee client experiences.
• Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and meet key performance indicators.

To succeed in the Retail Manager role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager in the luxury/jewellery market is desirable.
• A passion for luxury goods and an in-depth understanding of customer expectations in this space.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Flexibility to adapt to a temporary role with the ambition to secure a permanent position.

This is a full-time temporary position, working 32 - 40 hours per week.  To meet business needs this could require working evenings and weekends.  The role is being offered on a pay rate of £13.46 per hour + holiday pay and employee incentives.
