Position: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse
Location: Wiltshire South
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract
Pay Rate: £27 per hour (via umbrella company)

About the Role
As a Band 6 CPN, you will work collaboratively with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, providing clinical assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.

You will also work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.


• Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans.


• Delivering evidence-based interventions and treatments.


• Providing advice and support to service users, families, and carers.


• Managing a caseload of patients in a community setting.


• Liaising with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure holistic care.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).


• Previous experience working as a Band 6 CPN or in a similar role.


• Excellent clinical and communication skills.


• Experience in community mental health and managing a caseload.


• The ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.


• Access to your own transport, as travel within the community is required
