Plumber-Multi

A leading Housing Association is looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader to join their Property Team in Oxfordshire.

You'll be provided with a van and fuel card, so travel costs are covered.

What you'll do:
You'll carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in domestic properties, with tasks including:

• General plumbing repairs and installations


• Basic carpentry, tiling, and decorating


• Installing sanitary ware, baths, and showers


• Fitting kitchen sinks and pipework (copper, speed fit, waste)


• Repairing and installing water mains, heating pipes, and drainage


• Installing domestic appliances like showers and washing machines


• Working with vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS or equivalent)


• Maintaining cold water storage tanks

What you'll need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or 5+ years of experience)


• Experience in occupied properties with great customer service skills


• Ability to use mobile tech like iPads or PDAs


• CSCS card (desirable)


• Full UK driving licence (2+ years' experience)
