I am looking for a passionate General Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate loves food, beverages, and welcoming customers.

You have experience managing a team, fostering unity, and achieving daily goals.

Your main responsibilities would include providing friendly and helpful level of service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Target excess costs and work with the office team to maximize profitability without compromising guest experience.
• Make decisions that ensure happiness for guests, the team, and the company while maximizing profitability.
• Collaborate with the office team on SOPs, menu launches, marketing, events, and training.
• Ensure consistent preparation and service of food and beverages according to standards.

Skills:

• Good instinct for problem-solving and knowing when to escalate issues.
• Ensure food safety and hold a valid food handler’s certificate.
• Non-negotiable commitment to quality, aesthetics, and top-notch customer experience.
• Quick learner who adapts to the unique culture, with a friendly, efficient, and upbeat attitude.
