Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Amsterdam
Salary: €3,000 - €3,600 gross per month

We are looking for a restaurant manager for a cool and vibrant restaurant in Amsterdam!

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success of the restaurant.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency, while also contributing to the growth and profitability of the establishment.

What you bring:

• Previous Experience as a Restaurant Manager 
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
• Ability to connect with people and to be part of a team
• Talent to empower the team and promote diversity
• Hands on mentality
• Previous experience in a fast paced environment necessary
• Amazing personality
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coaching employees and assisting in their further development
• Leading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Hiring the best staff for the restaurant
• Good at setting up KPI´s and action plans to reach them
• Participating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating your strong service philosophy
• Analysing and responding to guest feedback
• Scheduling and purchasing
• Calculating budgets and implementing strategic planning
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
