The Fishmonger Manager will oversee the fish and seafood department, ensuring premium quality products, exceptional customer service, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the fish and seafood department, including staffing.
• Maintain the highest standards in the preparation, display, and presentation.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
• Assist in product selection and cooking advice.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Create appealing displays that highlight the quality and freshness of products.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and product quality.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Support cost control and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
