ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Netherlands

Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team.

In this role, you’ll configure, develop, and optimise ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.

Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate requirements into scalable technical implementations.

Languages: Dutch, English (required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including development standards and best practices.
  • Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and innovations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflows.
  • Fluency in Dutch (required).
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other relevant modules.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred but not essential.
