Float Executive Assistant

Job Description:.

Our client, an investment bank in Canary Wharf, is recruiting for a Float EA on an initial 12-month temporary basis.

The role has a hybrid model of a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.

If you have previous financial services experience and enjoy working within fast paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.

• Proven experience within a similar Float EA/PA role


• Previous financial services experience


• Strong MS Office skills and experience working with CRM systems


• Experience of processing expenses online using Concur (advantageous)
  

• Provide cover for other EAs within the business


• Complex diary management


• Arrange internal and external meetings - in person, via video and phone calls


• Organise international travel


• Process monthly expenses


• Provide phone cover
