INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

PERMANENT POSITION - MONDAY - FRIDAY 

50 Hours a week - Days

Peterborough / Stamford / Uppingham / Bourne / Corby

My client is a specialist engineering firm based in Peterborough, this bespoke engineering company design, manufacture, and maintain equipment for the materials handling industries

Working in the heavy engineering, quarry and cement industries.  The company has increased turnover dramatically over a short period of time and due to this increase in demand the company requires an Industrial Electrician to join their team.

THE ROLE OF INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

 

- Experienced Industrial Electrical Engineer 

- Experience in electrical repair, maintenance, fault finding, servicing and installation.

- Knowledge of wiring 3 Phase Industrial Control Systems

- System Fault finding and ability to read schematic diagrams

- Installation of cable and containment systems

 

THE RIGHT INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

 

- Self motivated 

- Able to work within a team

- Ability to deal with difficult site personnel in a calm and controlled manner.

- Due to site locations short periods away from home are required.

- The job involves travelling to customers sites with some nights out envisaged (accommodation and expenses paid)
