FLT Driver

We have an excellent opportunity for a FLT Driver with Counterbalance Licence to join an established Manufacturing and Production company based in Wigan.

The company specialises in design and production of Construction products and systems to the European market.

These products include paints, fire protection materials, cement, sealants and more.



As a FLT Driver/Production Operative you will be responsible for the manufacturing process of high-performance construction materials and products.

You will be operating the counterbalance truck for moving materials, pallets and equipment around the warehouse.

You will also operate machinery such as mixers, fillers, paint spraying and palletisers/wrappers.



Duties will include;

• Operating FLT Counterbalance


• Loading, unloading and operating filling lines


• Blending and filling operation of mixers


• Operation of semi-auto and full auto packing machinery

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 38 hour week with an immediate start available.



The hourly pay rate for this role is £15.30 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £13.04 Inclusive of holiday).



Weekly Rotating Shifts:

Week 1: Mon - Thurs 6:00 - 14:00. Fri 6:00 - 12:00.


Week 2: Mon - Thurs 14:00 - 22:00.

Fri 12:00 - 18:00.



You will need;

• Counterbalance Licence (Valid)


• Experience with Counterbalance Operation


• An awareness of health and safety in the workplace


• Ability to work under pressure
