Junior Software Developer

An exciting opportunity at a leading manufacturer in the surveillance industry has hit the market; our Kent based client is hiring for a Junior Software Developer.

The Junior Software Developer will directly report to the Senior Software Engineer.

Main responsibilities of the Junior Software Developer, based in Kent:

• Develop easy-to-use web applications


• Control automated testing, and manage their deployments


• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure front-end design integrate with the back-end systems


• Writing front-end code


• Rewrite front-end web pages


• Support in the rewriting of back-end systems

Requirements of the Junior Software Developer, based in Kent:

• Experienced in the following front-end languages:
  
  
  
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, React.Js
  
  
  
  


• Experienced in designing and implement using REST APIs and GraphQL


• Proficient in using Selenium, AWS and Azure


• Skilled in Linux


• Back-end experience in the following:
  
  
  
  • Java, Spring, SQL, NoSQL, Rabbit, Kafka, and Mockito.
