The Installation Support Engineer, based in Leicestershire, will review orders confirming materials BOM and the installation design documentation, including looking for correct components where needed to be specific to the requirement, as well as Installation design wiring diagrams and installation process documents in line with the company's installation requirements.

You will communicate with vehicle builders and clients to confirm the best solution for the installation of their systems considering reliability, useability, and ease of maintenance.

The main duties for the Installation Support Engineer, based in Leicestershire:

• New order review/s to confirm document requirements, including repeat orders, and new system designs.


• Checking the components & terminations against the design to confirm they all connect.


• Working closely with Project Engineers and Installations Manager to finalise design/BOM/ labour requirements.


• Creating drawings and diagrams including wiring diagrams for installations.


• Confirming sign off of the design with the stake holders both internal and client.


• Managing document control for installations documents.
