We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our clients friendly, dedicated, and family founded Nursery in Reading.

Our client is a leading Early Years provider who hold strong values and commitment to Childcare.

This role requires a NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.

The dedicated and enthusiastic team are focused on giving children the best start in life.

The Nursery management team are focused to ensure each member of staff feels empowered, with consistent opportunities to develop and grow as an Early Years educator.

About you

A NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent is essential.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate and dedicated about Childcare and Education.

Proven experience in Early Years Education with excellent communication, planning and great organisation skills.

Someone who wants to make a real difference and work with a friendly, fun and welcoming team.
