Civil Litigation Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling Local Authority based in Middlesbrough.

They are looking for an Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £50-55ph umbrella depending on experience and is on a 3 month rolling contract.

Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Lawyer:

• Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.


• Draft documents and correspondence tailored to the clients individual needs.


• Strong knowledge in either Civil Litigation, Employment law or Debt recovery

About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Qualified Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE in Civil Litigation.


• Good written and oral communication skills


• Able to work under pressure and manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial
