Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission heat pump based heating and hot water systems.
• Lead and supervise apprentice / labourer.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and uphold health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of heating installations and industry regulations (heat pump training provided).
• Plumbing expertise with some electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
