We are looking for a highly skilled Locum Children's Social Worker to join a Leaving Care Team

This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years permanent post qualified experience.

About the team:

The Leaving Care team are dedicated to supporting young people as they transition from care to independent living.

This team provides guidance, resources, and emotional support to ensure that young people achieve their goals and thrive in their adult lives.

The team work with a client age range of 16+.

About you:

To be considered for this role you must have experience in a Leaving Care or similar team and be registered with Social Work England (Please note this position requires a minimum of 3 years' permanent experience post Social Work qualification).

For this role, it is required to have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
