The Role:
You will manage a variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and developments.

Clients include businesses, investors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling commercial property transactions from start to finish
- Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and agreements
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and developments
- Managing landlord and tenant matters
- Conducting due diligence and title reviews
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Staying updated on property law and industry trends

Requirements:

- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE
- Strong technical expertise in commercial property transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
