Family Solicitor

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Family Solicitor to join a reputable law firm based in Chester.

They are a leading law firm with offices across Cheshire and North Wales and are looking for someone to join their rapidly expanding team.

Job duties in this role will include running your own mixed caseload of matters such as:

• Divorce


• Child arrangements orders


• Parental responsibility


• Child maintenance

Successful Candidate:

• This Family Solicitor role is from a Newly Qualified and upwards level.
  
  At least 6 months previous experience within Family law at a Paralegal level is essential or if you have done a seat during your Training Contract


• Previous experience in IHT and succession planning


• An expertise in other areas of private law is desirable but not essential


• Is self-sufficient, approachable and client focused


• Competent in IT and has experience with Microsoft applications


• Well-organised, has a proactive attitude towards work and a keen eye for detail
