Female Support Worker

Service Care Solutions are currently recruitment a Female Support Worker in the Fylde Coast locality to support a resident in her own home who has transitioned from hospital.

Waking Night

£15.86 - £25.86 Ltd Pay Rate (depending on day worked)

Ongoing Temporary Contract

Full Time 12-hour Shifts Monday - Sunday

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and patient Support Worker dedicated to supporting our resident reach their maximum potential.

• Promoting Independence: Encourage and enable the resident to develop and maintain their independence, making choices about their lives and participating in community activities.


• Mental Health Support: Work closely with the resident facing mental health challenges, offering emotional support, and assisting in accessing appropriate mental health services.


• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided, incidents, and individual progress.
  
  Generate reports as required.


• Person-Centred Support: Provide empathetic and person-centred support tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals in the service.

Person Specification

• 2 years' minimum experience working within Mental Health services including PTSD and Autism.


• Strong communication and engagement skills.


• Car Driver with Full UK Licence.


• You will have caring and empathetic attitude.


• Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
