Senior Care Assistant (Nights) - Permanent

Shift Pattern: Full time | 8pm - 8am
Pay Rate: £28, 828.80 per annum / £13.20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding vulnerable adults' policies and procedures.


• Conduct risk assessments and create or update care plans in line with residents' needs and preferences.


• Follow professional standards and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations set by the Care Quality Commission.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in an elderly care or dementia care setting.


• Experience in providing care during night shifts.


• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

This is a permanent role and not an agency contract.
