Production Operative

Mego Employment LTD is on the lookout for a Production Operative to join our client's team in Plympton working a Monday - Friday (14:00 - 22:00) shift pattern.

We're particularly interested in candidates with blow moulding experience, but if you're a machine operator eager to learn, we'd still love to chat.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting up production equipment and materials to ensure seamless operations.


• Operating machinery safely and efficiently throughout production cycles.


• Maintaining equipment and ensuring it meets safety and performance standards.


• Working closely with supervisors to meet production targets.


• Following strict safety protocols and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with blow moulding machinery (preferred) or strong machine operating skills.


• A team player with excellent problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Basic computer skills for equipment monitoring and data entry.


• Flexibility to adapt to production demands.
