Night Porter

We are looking for a reliable and professional Night Porter to join our client's team.

You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night, delivering exceptional customer service, managing late check-ins and early departures, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting guests during the night


• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations


• Conducting security checks and ensuring guest safety


• Setting up for breakfast service and maintaining cleanliness

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and handle night-time responsibilities


• Reliable and proactive approach

Hours 2200 - 0600 , commutable by public transport.
