Italian Chef 
Salary: $45,000 USD net per year + performance-based bonus
Location: India - Relocation package provided

Are you an experienced Italian CHEF and are you looking to relocate to India? Then, this is a great opportunity for you!

A fast-growing Italian restaurant chain in India is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook/Chef to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small kitchen team when needed, providing training, supervision, and motivation to maintain consistency, portion control, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Manage food preparation and production across our kitchens and central kitchen, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery to all restaurant locations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and introduce new dishes to enhance our menu.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and management to uphold culinary excellence and streamline kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Cook/Chef (leadership experience is a plus).
  • Culinary diploma from a recognized institution is an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in Italian cuisine.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A hands-on approach to kitchen operations is essential.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
