Sales Executive

We are recruiting for an office-based Sales Executive to join our team based in Blackpool.

You will be joining our New Business division to focus on driving new business growth.

This role involves re-engaging with dormant accounts and prospecting new accounts and leads to generate sales.



The company is a nationwide distributor of tech and security products and you will need to show values that align with the company including integrity, simplicity and customer service / relationship building.




Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage lapsed and dormant accounts to rekindle relationships.

  • Target potential new customers and convert them into active spending accounts.

  • Achieve specific KPIs by increasing the number of accounts that meet designated spending thresholds and transaction volumes each month.

  • Cultivate new business relationships, communicating effectively via phone calls and email at different levels to generate regular spend from accounts.

  • Regularly update and maintain CRM records to reflect progress, account activity and forecasted opportunities.



About You

  • While previous sales experience is advantageous, we prioritise drive, energy, intelligence, and a strong desire to succeed.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships at all organisational levels.

    Capability to close business effectively and meet challenging sales targets.

  • Strong organisational capabilities to manage multiple accounts and track their progress.

    Set actions and follow up in a timely manner to capture account potential.
