We are currently recruiting for our client who is a leading interior fit out contractor who predominately operate within the retail, leisure, commercial and residential sectors.

They predominantly service a broad range of blue-chip clients and they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor (fit out) to join the team on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will be required to look after a major supermarket account which is one of the business's most important clients.

The client has 3 offices nationwide - Park Royal (North West London), Sheffield and Barnsley.

This role will be predominately based out of the North West London office.

The client is happy to accommodate remote working, however working patterns will be discussed further at interview.

Skills and Requirements:

• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent


• 2+ years' experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of fit out contractor


• Ideally previous experience working within the retail sector (fast paced/large volume)


• Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team


• Happy to undertake site visits when required


• Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure


• Car driver - desirable


• Working references - required
