The Head Chef, you will have full autonomy over a fresh, seasonal menu that changes every eight weeks.

This is a great chance to write your own, refined Gastro Pub Menu and make a mark on the area.

This South-East London pub enjoys a loyal following and is known for its excellent food.

The role also offers a fantastic work-life balance, with a 40-hour week spread across five days.
