Employment Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a thriving local authority, based in Northamptonshire, which needs an ambitious employment lawyer to join their team.

This role can pay a rate of £55-£60ph umbrella and is a 3 month rolling contract.

This is a part time role, working up to 21 hours (3 days) per week, and can be done on a FULLY REMOTE basis.


Key Responsibilities Of The Employment Lawyer Role:



  • Handle your own employment law caseload from start to completion.

  • Deal with matters in relation to employment law regarding both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

  • Advise on TUPE and a broad range of other employment issues for clients.


Key Requirements:



  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with experience in employment law.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Have experience of handling code of conduct work.
