My client is children's residential provider, that specialise in the therapeutic care and implement a trauma informed approach when supporting their young people and children

Requirements



  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

  • A Successful Track record of managing in an Ofsted regulated

  • Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding

  • Commitment to complete the Level 5 Leadership and Management (if not already completed)

  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted, children's home regulations, safeguarding

  • Proven managerial experience in a children's homes

  • Positive and influential personality
