The Role

Our client is seeking an In-Room Dining Manager to start in early March to maintain the highest standards of guest service in a luxury environment.

This leadership role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the in-room dining department, ensuring that all guest orders are delivered with exceptional service and attention to detail.

• Prior experience in a luxury resort or hotel environment, with a strong focus on exceptional service standards
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards and the ability to implement and maintain these standards across the department
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering consistent guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining high standards of service
