We are recruiting a Head Chef for a fantastic gastro pub in Slough! This well-loved venue is renowned for its award-winning, locally sourced, sustainable, and seasonal food.

As Head Chef, you’ll have full autonomy over the menu, with the opportunity to forage in the woods and collaborate with local suppliers.

We’re looking for someone with an elevated gastro pub approach and a keen eye for beautiful plating.

This role is perfect for a strong leader who can work closely with the General Manager to drive the business forward.

The pub is glorious in summer and wonderfully cosy in winter—a truly special place to showcase your talent!
