Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a similar kitchen leadership role, preferably in an upscale, high-end environment
• Skilled in managing inventory, schedules, and food safety compliance
• Strong ability to train staff and maintain high culinary standards
• Have extensive experience in a la carte expediting, ensuring smooth and efficient service during high-volume shifts
