Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: €3,300 - €3,800 NETTO per month

This cozy, authentic Italian restaurant dedicated to serving traditional dishes with a modern twist is looking for an Italian Head Chef.

The restaurant focuses on using fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating an unforgettable dining experience in a warm, family-style atmosphere.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Italian Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine, from handmade pasta to regional specialties, and a creative flair for developing seasonal menus.

You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

• Design and execute authentic Italian menus with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Lead, train, and motivate a small kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and professional environment
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop special menus, events, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in an Italian restaurant
• Deep knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, including pasta-making, sauces, and regional dishes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
• Knowledge of wine pairings and Italian beverages
• Basic understanding of Italian language is a plus
