Job Advert - Community Paediatric Nurse



Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Community Paediatric Nurse to join an NHS team in Droitwich, Worcestershire on a temporary agency contract.


Role Details:

  • Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire

  • Contract Type: Temporary (agency contract)

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

  • Pay Rate: £26.50 Ltd per hour (paid via umbrella)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Safe Waiting List to ensure appropriate care for children and young people.

  • Providing specialist nursing support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

  • Assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for children with complex health needs.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Paediatric or RGN with relevant experience).

  • Experience working with Children and Young People with SEND.

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
