We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a lively, fast-paced casual dining restaurant.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced casual dining setting.
• Experience in Assistant General Manager or General Manager roles.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large teams (50+ employees).
• Strong floor presence, with the ability to lead by example and maintain exceptional standards.
• Solid understanding of P&L and financial management.
• Outstanding people skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and contributing to business success.
