Job Title: Sports Club Manager
Location: Valencia, Spain
Salary: €60,000 gross per annum

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sports Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sports club in Valencia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing club performance, and ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for sports and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Club Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.


  • Membership Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, ensuring excellent customer service.


  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of coaches, trainers, and administrative personnel.


  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, and develop strategies to increase profitability.


  • Event Coordination: Organize sports events, tournaments, and promotional activities to engage the local community.


  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all club facilities, equipment, and amenities are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.


  • Marketing & Promotion: Develop marketing campaigns to promote the club’s activities and services through digital and traditional media.


  • Member Engagement: Foster a welcoming and inclusive club environment to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in sports club management or a similar leadership role.


  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.


  • Passion for sports, fitness, and community engagement.


  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).


  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to sports facilities.
