EXECUTIVE CHEF – Luxury Hotel in Malta

We are looking for a talented Executive Chef for this Luxury Hotel with multiple restaurants offering Mediterranean and International cuisines.

We are looking for someone with the drive, passion and want to develop his / her teams, ensuring creativity and trend in the menus, and promising an exceptional culinary experience in all the outlets at all times.

We are looking for a head chef / Executive Chef who has:

• Worked in luxury 5
  
  * Hotel or Resort with multiple outlets; fast pace and volume environment
• Experience in international branded structure and procedures.
  
   
• Can adapt to multiple Cuisine – specific focus on Mediterranean Cuisine
• Good leadership and thrive in the development of his / her teams
• Strong consistency and who has very high standards.
• Is able to manage a multi-cultural brigade of more than 30 chefs
• Is fully responsible for the financial control and administration of the culinary division for the hotel
• Develop and create menus, oversee food production and quality, ensure smooth kitchen operations, action customer feedback and suggestion, etc.
• This position is both strategical and hands-on, you have to loves to lead from the front and by example

Package on offer: €70,000 - €90,000 annual gross salary plus bonus and additional benefits.
