Support Worker

Safehands Recruitment, a specialist agency in Health and Social Care Recruitment, is currently seeking dedicated Support Worker to join our team.

As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in residential and nursing settings.

We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your availability, long day shifts, waking nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care following CQC guidelines and care plans

• Complete the medication rounds and document accordingly.

• Engage residents in activities and provide companionship

• Promote independence as much as possible

Experience:

• Previous experience

• Demonstrates exceptional levels of care and compassion

• Possesses strong communication skills

• Possession of a full driving license and access to own vehicle is advantageous
