Industrial Disease Solicitor

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a full-service commercial firm in the heart of Newcastle, who are recruiting for an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor to join their team.

The role would suit an Industrial Disease Solicitor with upwards of 1-2 years' post qualifying experience.

The Role

Joining the award-winning personal injury team, you will be representing both national and international clients working on a caseload consisting of mainly Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking client instructions


• Obtaining medical evidence


• Quantum and negotiations


• Issuing proceedings and taking cases through to conclusion

About You

• Qualified Solicitor between 1 - 3 years PQE, in Disease work


• Previous experience in managing own caseload of Noise Damage claims


• Strong client communication skills
