Executive Chef – Up to $125,000 + Bonus - Mont-Tremblant, QC

We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at for our client, a highly reputable luxury hotel.

You will be overseeing three+ restaurants, grab & go service, outdoor dining, and banquet operations generating $15–20 million in revenue.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience in luxury hotels and large resorts.
• Expertise in banquet operations and familiarity with unionized environments.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Background in hotels with 300+ rooms and diverse banquet offerings.
