Executive Sous Chef – Up to $80,000 - Mont-Tremblant, QC
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Sous Chef to help lead the culinary team at for our client, a highly reputable luxury hotel.
The property has three+ restaurants, grab & go service, outdoor dining, and banquet operations.
This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to move up into a Executive Chef role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar kitchen leadership role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Experience in luxury hotels and large resorts.
- Expertise in banquet operations and familiarity with unionized environments.
- Bilingual in English and French.
