Location: Seaside Restaurant (Accommodation Included)
Duration: 4-5 months (Seasonal)
Salary: €1,800/month

Are you a skilled and passionate cook looking for a seasonal opportunity by the sea? We are looking for an experienced Head Cook & Kitchen Manager to take charge of our 23-table Mediterranean-style restaurant.

This role offers the chance to redefine the menu and manage kitchen operations, with the flexibility to introduce new culinary concepts such as a pizzeria or hybrid menu.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and redefine the Mediterranean-style menu
  • Manage kitchen operations and staff (kitchen fits up to 4 people)
  • Ensure smooth service during both high and low seasons
  • Monitor inventory and prepare food purchase lists
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Albanian or Italian (English only is not accepted)
  • Experience in Mediterranean cuisine or similar
  • Ability to manage a small but efficient kitchen team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle seasonal restaurant challenges

Job Details:


  • Work schedule: 11:30 – 16:00 & 18:30 – 22:00
  • Days off: Limited to fewer than 7 during the season (possible in May, June, September, October; no weekends off)
  • Accommodation included
