Sales Manager - Contemporary Wine Business- Up to £60,000 – London & The South
Are you a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager with a passion for unique wine?
I am pleased to be partnered with a cutting-edge winery in London who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to support the growth of the business across London and the South East.
We are looking for an ambitious professional to lead new business development across the on-trade and off-trade sectors, while managing an enviable portfolio of luxury, premium, and prestigious accounts across the capital.
Experience working in an autonomous environment within the Drinks FMCG space is a must, with a small business mentality and bags of energy and enthusiasm!

Your role as the Sales Manager will include:
- Spearhead new business growth, securing high-value partnerships with top restaurants, hotels, retailers, and wider on trade accounts.
- Develop and lead the brand building, cultivating the winery story and driving the message throughout the trade.
- Manage and nurture an established portfolio of prestigious on-trade and off-trade accounts, ensuring continued growth and brand positioning.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, driving revenue and increasing market share in London’s competitive wine industry.
- Represent the winery at industry events, tastings, and trade shows, positioning it as a leader in contemporary winemaking.
- Work closely with marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
Have you achieved any of the following:
- Proven sales experience in premium wines, spirits, or luxury beverages.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning new business and growing key accounts.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills within the London hospitality and retail sectors.
- Passion for innovative winemaking and the ability to communicate brand stories effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and excited by the challenge of scaling a forward-thinking wine brand.
