Job Title: HEAD CHEF
Salary: €3,750 - €4,250 gross per month

A unique hospitality venue in Amsterdam is seeking a Head Chef with a passion for culinary excellence and guest experience.

This role is ideal for a creative and hands-on professional who enjoys developing seasonal menus, leading a kitchen team, and delivering high-quality dishes in a fast paced environment.

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficiency.
• Develop a sustainable, seasonal menu, including snacks and specialty dishes.
• Work actively in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Maintain high operational standards, ensuring a well-organized and efficient kitchen.
• Manage procurement, stock control, and cost-conscious purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations.
• Oversee kitchen administration, including inventory tracking and cost management.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation.
• Support operational activities during renovation periods as needed.
