Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to drive financial strategy and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:
As Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations, optimise workflows, and enhance financial systems to support sustainable growth.

Working closely with leadership, you will develop financial models, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll operations globally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with external providers.
• Oversee vendor management, optimising payment processes and improving procurement efficiency.
• Lead FP&A activities, including cash flow forecasting, financial modelling, and risk management.
• Support treasury functions, including liquidity management and governance processes.
• Ensure tax compliance and collaborate with external advisors on tax optimisation.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and audits to maintain financial integrity.
• Provide financial insights to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong experience in finance and operations, ideally within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to scale financial operations in a high-growth environment.
• Skilled in automation and financial system improvements.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in international financial structures and multi-currency operations.
