My client, an established firm based on the Wirral, is seeking a motivated Conveyancer to join their growing team.

This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working available, offering flexibility and work-life balance while being part of a supportive firm.

About the Role:

The firm is open to applications from both experienced Conveyancers and junior fee earners who are eager to grow.

Whether you are qualified or unqualified, if you have a strong background in handling conveyancing transactions, I would love to hear from you!

As part of the conveyancing team, you will manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

What My Client Is Looking For:

- Experience in residential conveyancing – either as a qualified Conveyancer, an unqualified junior fee earner, or an experienced conveyancing professional.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently or with supervision, depending on experience level.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
