Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.

Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.


GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:


Provide support to our Corporate development team including market research, cold calling, and company profiling in target global markets.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct and organize market research based on strategy map gaps.
  • Profile companies in global target markets, including cold calling as required.
  • Present and report best target company options to the corporate development and marketing teams.
  • Evaluate new technologies and explore adjacent technologies/markets/applications.
  • Create a roadmap/scoping document for future corporate development interns
  • Conduct assigned reading, summarize pertinent details and report out to the corporate development team.
  • Research "emerging" innovations across academia and industry into assigned areas.
  • Discover, read and report to the corporate development team on white papers and current industry presentations as assigned.

  • Load, maintain and fine tune entries in salesforce.com

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:


Must be rising sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing


PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear..


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Proficient in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

    CAD experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Inquisitive, curious, with the ability to make connections.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized, self-starter who takes initiative and accountability.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:


The hourly rate for applicants in this position is $17 - $21.50.

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

This position is part of our summer internship program.

Employment will be from approximately June 1st through August 15th 2025.

Hire dates are flexible based upon business needs and candidate schedules.
