Production Operative

We're currently seeking a proactive, reliable, and punctual Production Operative to join their dynamic team and contribute to a thriving, fast-paced work environment.

As a Production Operative, you'll play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that quality standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include operating handheld tools safely and efficiently, assembling, packing, and inspecting products with precision, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Your Role:

• Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment.


• Assemble, pack, and inspect products to meet precise quality standards.


• Use handheld tools to complete production tasks with accuracy.


• Keep your workspace clean and organised for smooth operations.


• Take initiative and work proactively to support your team and meet production goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic, excellent timekeeping, and reliability.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.


• Previous experience in a production environment is essential.


• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential.


• A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to efficiency in the workplace.

Shift Details:

• Fixed day shift: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30


• Early finish on Fridays

Due to the location of the site, having your own transport is recommended.
