Are you a dedicated customer service professional looking for an exciting remote opportunity? OneCall24 is seeking a Junior Out of Hours Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients during out of standard hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and on-call requests with professionalism and efficiency.


• Provide compassionate and empathetic assistance to clients.


• Maintain clear and effective communication via phone and email.


• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience in a service-related industry.

✔ Strong customer service and query resolution skills.

✔ Fluent in English (should have prior experience communicating with UK clients).

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure.

✔ Must have a dedicated workspace (equipment provided).

✔ Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Email, Word, and Excel).
