Senior Private Client Solicitor / HOD

We are delighted to assist our client, a 3 office law firm on the Flyde coast, with their search for a new head of Private Client department. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor or Chartered legal Executive with at least 4 years or equivalent PQE, and the role offers hybrid working, while predominantly being based at the St.

Annes office (although flexibility regarding office location may be considered). 

The responsibilities of this role include:

•    Drafting and finalizing Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney for new and existing clients.
•    Communicating with families and clients regarding Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney stored on their behalf, including updates and document releases.
•    Handling both taxable and non-taxable Grant of Probate applications and assisting families with estate administration when requested.
•    Supervising 2 Legal Executives and a secretary, ensuring workflow is prioritised.

Home visits are offered to clients, so access to a vehicle is essential.

On-site parking is available for staff at the St.

Annes office.
